Well here's an interesting gumbo of a review and no mistake. When describing Eaten by Monsters' EP
Scaring the Pets, the Feburary issue of
247 magazine mixes complimentary terms like
"brilliantly packaged",
"spirited" and
"well crafted" with some more obtuse passages. I'm not sure what to make of "an idiosyncrasy too far", but to be honest I'm quite pleased with their description of my voice: a
"bizarre, Jarvis-Cocker-meets-drunken-uncle croon", apparently... excellent!
